1. The Promotion is open to all members in good standing of Resorts World Manila (RWM) throughout the entire promotion period, subject to applicable age restrictions as may be prescribed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. All employees of the Gaming Events and Promotions Department, Table Games and Slot Operations Departments, Audit Department, Surveillance and Security Departments, who are directly or indirectly involved in the Raffle Draw process and Promotion implementation, are disqualified from joining this promotion. The same disqualification shall likewise apply to the siblings and legal spouse of the said employees and all of the said employees’ relatives within the first degree of consanguinity and affinity.”
  2. RWM Management reserves the right and has absolute discretion to disqualify any participant who violates any part of the Terms and Conditions.
  3. The participating members shall be deemed to have read and understood the mechanics, Terms and Conditions of this promo, and to have expressly agreed to follow, be bound by and to comply therewith at all times.
  4. As proof of identification, members will be asked to show their membership card and a valid government-issued identification card with photo. Other documents may be further requested by RWM upon its sole and exclusive discretion.
  5. Participants can only use one (1) RWM membership card for this promotion.
  6. Unless approved by RWM Management, the winning participant must personally redeem the prize. NO PROXIES.
  7. Likewise, all prizes are non-transferrable unless allowed by RWM Management.
  8. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Management of Resorts World Manila shall be final, binding and unappealable.”
  9. RWM Management reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  10. The abovementioned terms and conditions shall be applicable to all promotions of RWM not expressly revoked or modified by additional mechanics pertinent to a particular promotion. In case of conflict, the more specific terms and conditions shall be upheld.
