Generating an average of 160 responses in just 2 to 3 hours on Facebook and trending nationwide for 4 times in 2 weeks on Twitter, Click Flick, Resorts World Manila's online movie tickets giveaway is on a cyber surge! Fans and followers are raving about getting their share of premium cinema seats to the opening screenings of the most talked about blockbusters and you can be part of this virtual party too.
First step, like “Resorts World Manila” on Facebook and/or follow “rwmanila” on Twitter. Next, read the mechanics posted here. Third, wait for the trivia question to be posted on both social sites. Lastly, answer the question and make sure you follow the instructions posted on the mechanics page. Cross your fingers and you could be one of the 10 daily winners of two (2) free cinema passes on Facebook and Twitter. In every movie under the Click Flick calendar, 100 tickets will be awarded to 50 winners and these winners will be part of an exclusive and blocked screening right on the opening day. To add to the bragging rights, the winners will also watch the biggest blockbusters on the best cinema seats in town at Newport Cinemas.
Click Flick is held from Monday to Friday in every other week, usually a week before the scheduled screening of a Movies-for-Members offering. One trivia question is posted daily which can be answered by both Resorts World Manila members and non-members. However, non-member winners need to register for membership for free before they can claim their movie passes.
Only on its second week but can already be touted as the biggest movie tickets contest online, Click Flick started last April 17 and distributed cinema tickets to the screening of summer’s biggest movie “The Avengers”. The first Click Flick week went all the way to April 21 while the winners watched the superhero reunion of Ironman, Thor, Captain America, and The Hulk on April 25.
Click Flick returns on April 30 and will give away cinema passes until May 4 to Johnny Depp’s fantasy comedy film “Dark Shadows”. Winners of week 2 will be treated to a funny and witty version of a vampire movie adapted from an American drama series on May 10. Following the superhero and the vampire movies, Click Flick winners will be entertained by the most anticipated sequels of Men in Black, G.I. Joe, Spiderman, and Dark Knight. Adding more excitement to this already exhilarating promo, fans, followers and members who won in a Click Flick period may still enjoy the same perks in the next promo period. However, a fan or follower may only win once in a single period. This means, if you won free cinema passes for “The Avengers”, you can still win free tickets to “Dark Shadows”, and again for “Men in Black 3” or even to all Click Flick movies. Now, that’s truly first-class entertainment in just a click!
