Adobo: From clay pots to pizza pans

RWM's take on Adobo is through its new signature dish, the “CPA” or the Chicken-Pork Adobo with Laguna Cheese Pizza. Strips of chicken and pork adobo rest on a bed of melted mozzarella and Laguna cheese laid on top of a hand-tossed pizza crust. As the name suggests, Laguna cheese is from the province known for its carabao-milk cheese or popularly, kesong puti.

The CPA with Laguna Cheese Pizza is available at Pizzasta in Prosperity Court and at Bar 360. Guests and even non-hotel guests can order the CPA at Remington Hotel. You can savor its authentic Adobo taste for P320 for the 12-inch serving or P560 for the 16-inch pizza. Resorts World Manila members can automatically avail 15% discount if they use their Genting Points (GPs) to purchase the CPA. They can just exchange 272 GPs for the 12” and 476 GPs for the 16”.
